For six generations, the passion for local products has been passed on from father to son in the Bédouin family. Almond processing, significant regional culture in the past, was our main activity for many years: whole, powdered, flaked or ground, almonds were a favourite among Provençal bakers, confectioners, ice-cream makers and nougat producers.

>A turning point was taken in 1995 with the creation of Biscuiterie de Provence. We take full advantages of local riches : Lavender, olives, apricots, figs, goats’ cheese... and of course almonds to create gourmet biscuits and cakes.

>We propose a wide range of specialties salty, sweet, gluten free, traditional, innovative, organic ... always based on noble and natural ingredients and unique recipes.

« TRADITIONAL COOKIES » range consists of products made according to old recipes subtly revisited:
Craquante de Vinsobres:, Navette du Val d'Eygues, Canistrelli de St Maurice, Macaron des Baronnies.
« CROQUETS DE PROVENCE » range was developed on the basis of a traditional almond biscuit.
« THE ARISTOCADES » range, award winner of the Grand Prix Trends and Innovations at SIAL 2010 fair in Paris, is a range of eight almond biscuits salty or sweet, gluten free.
"DÉLICES", range of gluten free cakes is composed by The Délices de l’Amandier and the Délice du Chataignier.

We also offer a range of « CERTIFIED ORGANIC SPECIALITIES » based on the above recipes.
