Founded in 2010, aix & terra is the specialist of the Provencal appetizer recipe. The company shares through its recipes the passion, the authenticity, the conviviality and the sense of excellence.

All products are handmade, with carefully selected fruits, vegetables, truffles and herbs. No preservatives nor dyes are used in the preparations. Aix & terra is sourcing in the Provencal region by local farmers and cooperatives from the Drôme to the Côte d'Azur (Menton Lemon, Figs de Provence, Nyons Olives ...). Aix & terra is also a restaurant – fine grocery where you can eat and share a convivial moment around chic and simple dishes. All Provence recipes from the Table-Epicerie are created with the products produced in its Manufacture.

The brand is present in fine groceries, in France and abroad, on the internet, in its own shops, and through a franchisees’ network. Aix & terra is also developing its range in large sizes for upscale hotels and restaurants to enhance chefs' recipes.
